The only one that can call for the 25th Amendment is JD Vance, and he ain't gonna do it, so everybody calm the fuck down. It's never going to happen. Vance needs the support of both the Cabinet and Congress to complete his 25th coup. If he doesn't have Congress, the Cabinet isn't going to back him. And he doesn't (currently) have Congress. He won't have Congress until the incoming congress is seated in January.
