There's a photo on the original source article.

Photo of a blue T-rex handback

I wonder if that was dyed or if that blue is somehow natural.

I'm on the net way more I should be, and never heard of them. Sooooo how do they expect viral amount of attention?

Same and I like to read about paleontology so I’m kind of surprised how I have never heard of this. They must have skimped on marketing.

We're probably seeing the marketing plan right now.

I mean I don’t have a spare $500k lying around (checks under couch cushions too) so it’s not targeted to me lol. I’m content seeing dinosaur skeletons at museums for my paleontological needs.

Of course not, there's no scarcity involved.

Cocodapuf@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 46d

Sure there is, they aren't doing it again. It was too expensive.

"Leather" not skin.

Grimy@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 46d (1 reply)

I want one but it's the price of a house.

0x0@infosec.pub · 1 pts · 45d

They didnt manage to sell it for that price which means the actual price could be your lowball offer!
