Correct. All the big cloud drive providers are scanning everything you upload.
I remember there was an article about onedrive even cracking password protected zip files.

Good luck, European countries are looking to sunset their mail delivery services.
I regularly exchange letters with friends all over Europe, it's frustrating and disheartening.
