• Clearly a preexisting fire
• Fires caused by any out-of-network oil (coconut, olive, sunflower) is not covered
• Need to get a second opinion from another fire marshal

This reminds me of the Judge ruling that NYPD isn't legally required to protect citizens. Where the police refused to help a stabbing victim on the subway until the perpetrator was subdued by other train riders.
