The U.S. Posse Comitatus Act:
“Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army, the Navy, the Marine Corps, the Air Force, or the Space Force as a posse comitatus (a group of people who are mobilized by the sheriff to suppress lawlessness in the county) or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”
You'd expect a sitting congressman to know the law (or at least research it) before spouting this kind of BS. But who am I kidding? Johnson is a Republican who is not subject to the Constitution or the laws that the rest of us must follow.

Naziism is an establishment philosophy that is primarily/near exclusively devoted to anti-communism as a path to maximizing Oligarchist/Corporatist supremacism. Ethnic supremacist hate is just a populist veil to provide oligarchist power maximization. Nazis won ww2. Reagan shifted the US to open devotion to voodoo nazi economic theory. Trickle down economic theory as a "pro labour" facade to naziism, because giving everything to oligarchs will incentivize them to buy a blowjob from you plebs.
The Nazi extremism of current GOP is far higher than 1930s Germany. It mixes Zionazi supremacist rule over Americans, and instead of targetting non-existant Marxism (labour supremacism) political force, they demonize any restraint to their fascism.
Democracy permits the power to seize tratorous zionazi supremacist supporters assets (media, military, energy). Not under the pretext of marxism, but on the pretext of treasonous theft of prosperity and safety, in addition to national sustainability.
