If the United States saw what the United States is doing in the United States, the United States would invade the United States to liberate the United States from the tyranny of the United States
Oh I'm aware, in my head it's like a whitest kids you know sketch. The US has run out of other countries to over throw for oil but still itching for war. Declares war on it self under the guise of freeing the people from tyranny when just trying to secure the oil it already has. "It's a perfect plan, we'll never see it coming"
We are the largest exporter of oil due to fraking.
Also arguably, we are invading ourselves thanks to DHS. The DHS budget is $120 billion making it the 3rd or 4th largest when compared to other countries military budgets.
Half of that statement rests on a completely made up version of what the US, and has been for a while, to the world.
In real fact it’s only true to the extent that there is an opportunity to exploit resource extraction in the US, which informs a large part of the US’s view of any given country’s democratic health.
So maybe, but not for the reasons everyone wants to think.

That is implying the US would care about tyranny without also gaining some other advantage while fighting it. She does not.

You mean like our oil and natural gas reserves?!

Yes, like those. But the US already controls these, so there is nothing to be gained.

This implies the US cares about tyranny rather than the reality of helping create it around the world.
If the US saw what the US was doing it would probably be jealous. That is about it.
