It's all words until they pull out of the next World Cup. If they didn't boycott Russia, Qatar, USA and no word on the Saudi World Cup, then they are not going to do anything now. It's all greed and corruption all the way through.
FIFA is not untouchable. It is a corrupt, and incorigble institution that deserves to be disbanded and replaced by something better. Europe should rip the bandaid and leave. What good does FIFA do anyway aside from arranging the world cup and some interegional matches? Less talk and more action.
