She absolutely does not look 45+. Generally I try to avoid speaking on women's looks because really no one wins except the patriarchy, but my goodness that's just false. Say what you want about how she's an awful person, but if you think a 50 something year old woman generally looks like her you are too online to understand what women actually look like.
I don't think she looks fifty, but I'm forty and she looks older than me. She just looks like one of those middle aged people whose self-worth requires never being older than 29 so they ruin their face with tanning and surgery and botulinin toxin. And being hateful/angry really does seem to age your skin.
And I've always been good about wearing sunscreen but even so. I don't have any lines around my upper lip. She has a ton. It's from the stress of lying and having no ethics. And telling yourself it's all for Jesus.
Living a lie is incredibly hard on the body.
There is longitudinal research on closeted gay men. They have really poor health.
She looks like a 40 year old who's putting a lot of effort into trying to look 25 and really looks 30. Hate and cosmetic interventions really fuck up a face.

But Karoline Leavitt topped them all — in meanness, in dumbness, in the size and visibility of the cross she would wear around her neck so we would know she was very godly while she lied to us. Her willingness to stand up in the White House press room and fire off the most insane lies, to glaze Donald Trump as the greatest president anyone had ever seen, to back up his late-night social media ramblings as if they were the most profound of statements and not the faint sparks of a diseased and dying mind, was breathtaking.

She looks at LEAST a decade older, and thats being nice. She really looks like shes at the end of 40s or early 50s and life has been ROUGH.
