I've done this with my girlfriend. It's actually quite difficult to find the right angle with our heads to make contact, slightly tilted and slightly from the side. I've also made contact with my eye on her nipple, way easier. Technically, I don't recommend doing either, like, we should be careful with our eyes, but... yes.
