A Snowden2.0 is impossible today. There wouldn't be a scandal, barely a blip on the daily news assault. There's no Wikileaks anymore. And anyhow, the government are doing that themselves now.
Obviously this name was created by the same sort of people who think "Every Breath You Take" is a love song. More reasonable people would call it OBSINT for Obsession Intelligence.
