Just because a person is in good shape doesn’t mean they actually understand what is required to train and it’s very common for top athletes to use a ton of pseudoscience garbage because they want anything that could possibly improve performance

Find a hobby that you enjoy that is remotely social, then perform said hobby and comment on it with other people, after talking with the same person a bit ask their name, try not to jump the gun but after a few times of talking with them casually see if they want to do X hobby together then after doing the hobby together for a bit ask them to do something after the hobby one day like get food
Then once you become friends try and meet their friends then kill the original person and steal all of their friends, you can then repeat this until you have enough friends or someone kills you

But upon further examination I found this quote which is not definitive but they are asserting a very easily disprovable claim which makes me side with the victims as I would assume that the police would try and get the video of the shoplifting out if they had it

People misunderstood grams per kilogram and just switched it to grams per pound without actually converting units

Nitrogen can be very dangerous as you don’t feel the reduction in oxygen and just get sleepy until you pass out unlike CO2 which your body can sense

Part of it is the decay frequency but also how it decays. Uranium238 does an alpha decay that can’t penetrate the glass
