Ding ding ding. Same reason most horrors take place in the early 2000 or before. Modern tech killed horror - we are constantly connected and tech is somewhat infallible.

Also, about batteries - sometimes aluminium foil IIRC folded a few times and inserted beneath the battery worked.

Possibly. She's defo on spectrum. Both diagnosed by the prof. S. Jonal (me) and actual profesionals. Fun to know it's tied to that.

I am like this and I am not sure if I am broken or what. Shit staying the way it is is 100% fine for me - as long as it's practical, idc. But my partner needs to shake things up every once in a while or she feels bad. x_x

Without corn, USA would not exist. Without potato, Europe. Without rice, Asia.

And USA comes from Europe. So it's a double whammy of existing thanks to potatoes and corn.

You go for sick leave when sickness doesn't allow you to work, not to not spread it lol. I envy you, wherever you work, that they allow that approach xD

Ya all are funny. If I get a text at night...not gonna notice. If you call me at night...not gonna notice. I have an alarm clock that literally requires me to solve logic puzzles to wake me up, because even the loudest alarm wakes me up only half the time, and even then I am "woken up", aka will disable the alarm and go back to sleep without remembering a thing.

Slept through sirens, cat meowing and the like.

Only things I am sensitive to when sleepin is sounds of electic failure and my partner trying to wake me up. xD
