You don't have to reboot after updating Debian (and most mutable distros I think?) packages, you just need to restart the updated software/software using updated libraries.
The easiest way to achieve this is of course to reboot, but it's not required at all.
I don't see the problem. If the files are named properly, software like sonarr will have no problem organising it. You just name the file S02E4-E6 etc.
Over here in the Netherlands TV channels are also required to show a notice about product placement. Of course I already know most channels to skip, but it is nice to have.
The fitgirl repack includes an online fix. Haven't tried it though.

Bazzite has GearLever built in for this.
Also, I think they update using topgrade, which doesn't support gearlever afaik. I always manually have to update in gearlever.

I guess you could make a script which just bruteforces all combinations of a-f against an English dictionary. I might try to do that tonight.

It's because they're part of the EBU (not sure why though, the E here also stands for European). I think that's the actual qualification for entry.
