Huh? Solar noon is exactly the same for everyone on the same longitude. People at the equator have noon at the same time as someone in the north. The only difference is the zenith of the sun and how long the forenoon and afternoon are.
Unfortunately the timezones are pretty wide so only in the center of the zone would be the closest to the solar mean.
I think people fail to realize that Northern latitudes always have bigger changes in day/night time than southern latitudes. Changing the time zones doesn't change the fact that Northern latitudes will always have more daylight in summer and more darkness in winter than the Southern more equatorial latitudes.
Do you change your sheets every day? It's your own bacteria anyway. As long as you're not sharing the towel it's fine for multiple days. A fresh one is just wasting time and water on laundry.

A healthy hive would get proper nutrients. Usually you only need to feed a hive pollen when it is a weaker hive that doesn't have the population needed to collect pollen. This boosts brood production and the hive can recover faster.
Another issue is commercial beekeeping. Hundreds of hives could be working a few square miles while in nature it would be just a few. Not enough resources for that many hives so weaker hives struggle. This is a human solution for a human problem.

They're pretty tough. I've ran mine over with a tractor and it dented the bottom, but was otherwise fine. Had that one for 15 years.
