I'd much rather have an e-reader with buttons and no touchscreen than one with a touchscreen but no buttons.

Another good option for VPN is Windscribe.

Don't use Windscribe.

Furthermore, four years have already passed (since it was first mentioned), but the audit by cure53 has still not been published, and Windscribe is acting in a completely non-transparent manner.

Also, avoid VPN services without security audits, such as AirVPN or NymVPN. Their servers could have 50 critical CVEs, and you'd never know it.

Void Linux is a non-systemd distro. plasma-login-manager is systemd dependent.

I'm gonna copy-paste my comment here. Please, don't install such extensions.

Cookie extensions

❗️Sanitizing in-session is a false sense of privacy. They do nothing for IP tracking. Even Tor Browser does not sanitize in-session e.g. when you request a new circuit. A new ID requires both full sanitizing and a new IP. The same applies to Firefox

❗️Cookie extensions can lack APIs or implementation of them to properly sanitize: e.g.

⚠️ [last checked Nov 2024], Cookie Auto Delete even instructs it's users to disable Total Cookie Protection - ⚠️ DO NOT DO THIS ⚠️

As of Firefox 86, strict mode is not supported at this time due to missing APIs to handle the Total Cookie Protection [... followed by instructions]

Don't do that.

evi is not mature enough and doesn't have any package repos. There is another fork that I'm not going to mention, because it's developed by a horrible human being.
