Until you sign for an online order it isn't yours so if it breaks it's on the seller to send a replacement. They may get back to the shipping company for reimbursement but as a customer I don't care and don't need to know. It's not my fault you ether didn't package glass bottles in enough foam or the shipping company stompt your package nether are my problem I bought a product from you and until I receive what I ordered in the advertisemed state you haven't completed your side of the contract.
What it basically comes down to is this: do I trust some random guy off the Internet to use my Internet connection which is tied to my legal government name and the legal reprocussions that comes with that to access the Internet as if they were me?
The only way I would do that is if I gave it its own vlan and only allow Internet traffic to specific whitelisted ips. Even then my legal protection insurance definitely won't cover that.

After having uses both a ubiquiti dream machine pro (not quite just a switch) and a Cisco catalyst 3850 both (ws-c3850-12S and the ws-c3850-24XU) whil got both insanely cheap (12S for 10€ and the 24poe+ 10gbit for 60€) because of there EOL this or next year they are insanely power hungry 100w for 12Sfp+ 10gbit ports and 300w for 24 poe+ ports both on idle mind you I don't really use them in my homelab.
I personally find iOS really clunky and the bar to actually do something is quite high compared to the prosumer ubiquiti stuff.

If they block VPNs exit ips which aren't necessarily public they most certainly will block all the Tor exit nodes which are public by design.
