It’s pretty difficult to check for water at the bottom of the pot. I’m sure someone has a tool or a way to do so. Honestly, if it were my plant, and the pot was plastic, i would buy a saucer for it and drill some holes in the bottom of the pot. I only have one planter without drainage holes. I have a smaller pot inside of it. So i can see when water flows through to the bigger one
You have a zz plant. I haven’t cared for one myself. They have a reputation for being extremely tolerant of low light and neglect. It sounds like you’re letting the plant dry out between waterings. Which is good. But I see a couple of yellow leaves at the bottom. That makes me wonder, does the plant have drainage holes? If it doesn’t the plant might be getting waterlogged when you water it. Even though you are letting it dey out over time, make sure there isn’t water sitting at the bottom
I was taught that complaining about being sick or in pain is something lazy people do. A person who is strong and dependable shows up and gets things done every day regardless of the state of their body. Urgent unlearning for me
Took good boy on trail walks two days in a row. He’s fast asleep now and is little snores sound so contented. Cat seems more relaxed and at ease than any time I can remember. Which is good.
Little dog went went for some light adventures. Car ride to a new park, a little wander around, and the scenic route back home. Now he’s next to me on the couch, snoring sweetly
It’s been a tired week for me. Sooooo tired. But ok. This morning i was all stressed and felt behind. I did get some stuff done today and I’m feeling more at ease. Hopefully I have more energy for the weekend. Being tired is boring. I want to lift weights and do a sewing project and plant some flowers.
Ohhh. Several. I regret not feeling comfortable enough to ask for help outside of my household when I was young. I regret rushing through college as fast as I could. I had a deep fear of getting stuck in school and accumulating debt. So i got through it as quickly as i could. I now think i might have much better employment prospects if i were to take some more time and take some different courses. Either one of those could have been life changing. Better or worse. It’s hard to say
I love the colors of the cat and the water. I don’t know whether that’s a lake or the ocean, but i can almost feel a fresh breeze looking at the photo. That said, in this same situation, my cat would be piiiiiised
No hazelnuts. This is pumpkin spice season

Wearable blanket, presentable yet cozy pants, socks. I would like to hibernate. But it’s too soon
I have one that’s been making terrible noises and i haven’t gotten around to checking it out. Now i know one possible solution.
This is a smart phone with a premium feel, reminiscent of a wet bar of soap. Another notable feature is its fresh scent. Oddly refreshing design
For a second i think it was musical notation and i had a migraine coming on
Sleep mas
Yep. Looking in the mirror to adjust the scissors made me dizzy so I don’t do it anymore. But I’ll cut bangs for family.
Do you like non fiction?
