For regulator pressure answers see the other posts, it's easier to detach / attach a tool without too much pressure on it.

For tires set it like 20 to 30 above your target. You want to overcome the valve pressure and have enough flow to steadily increase the tire. You can set it to max and you're more likely to have to deflate more or have your compressor spin up more. I use a little bleeder to get precise. Remember to check tire pressure cold if you want to be accurate. Early in the morning is a great time.

When detailing , cleaning with it, set it to like 75 psi max and maybe wear goggles depending on what you're blowing around.

Most air tools will require anything between 90-max psi. You can keep a tank pressurized however it's really good practice to empty it over temperature changes to prevent condensation inside. Use the pressure relief valve for that, usually a little ring or similar close to the regulator, then open the main tank valve around 50 psi to blow anything out.

Usually municipal works are pretty decent in taking care of pavers sticking up. Just let them know where.

I've always done dry in lugs. I do make sure my threads are really clean. I don't think that anti seize is that bad on a bolt that can withstand a lot of torque. Just make sure you apply a thin layer on really clean degreased threads. Don't plaster, use a torque wrench. Usually anti seize is applied in areas where bolts aren't very accessible or rarely removed. People used to put them on spark plugs, but that is no longer recommended by most manufacturers.

Local cafeteria put up a sign that the fish contains bones. I asked about the obvious, someone returned it asking them how the heck he was supposed to eat that, cause you know, it had bones.

I've been to fish restaurants in the US and literally got served breaded fillets. Kinda like fishsticks, but more expensive. Same thing for shrimp, no heads, seldom tails.

The population that is used to eat fish in fishform and shrimp in shrimpform is just very low.

I bought a regular pancake compressor for that, with a plug. Once full you can just unplug and fill tires with the tank pressure. I bought it specifically for inflating tires, however I've used it for many cleaning jobs as well. Paid itself back several times over now. I've seen 12V mobile versions that differ greatly in construction. Look for something that's heavier then most I'd say.

It really depends on the amperage coming over the circuit. Volts times amps is watts, usually limited by breaker. If you're part of the circuit and there's a large resistor in front causing the device to only draw a few milliamp then yeah, minor tingle. If you're directly on the main with a say 20A breaker then it'll be heck of a shock / arc when the circuit is shorted.

Now if you're into engineering I'd recommend you grab yourself a caliper and measure some of the common products you can buy. You'll notice that anything in 16th, 32th or even 64th is a most likely an approximation to a perfect size in mm.

It's important to realize that the US is the only real producing country in the world using US customary. Relatively speaking there's very little actual manufacturing being done in true US customary.
