I would love overt google glass style glasses that are obvious as a solution for a dashcam like system for when i am driving, or tracking where I left mg keys etc. But as you say, the discreet camera is for perverts.

Thing N is released. It's new and innovative, and addresses all the problems with Thing N-1.
It gains popularity until it becomes defacto standard, in the process forcing Thing N-1 to adopt a lot of Thing N's new features.
After a while the developers reduce or stop the innovation because their product is #1 and has no real competition, until Thing N+1 is released.

We've seen this with mobile phones, social networks, frontend frameworks, programming languages, cars, fridges, you name it
This is where a challenger could easily dethrone etsy, taking away their first mover advantage by creating a maker's marketplace with a strict no-AI policy and heavy human moderation.
I don't know why you've been down voted. This is the way businesses operate. They either tell you the reason for an added fee or they hide it in a price increase.
Well, in a way most of the AI hype is a thirst trap for CEOs - like that you can easily replace office workers with chatbots or that software developers will become 10x more efficient and consequently you can fire 90% of your workforce.
Hide behind "dismissing GrapheneOS fanboys" all you want, but the points raised about SailfishOS being proprietary are valid. It is the same as running Samsung's OneUI, or Google's Android - the underlying core is FOSS but the layer with access to all your data is proprietary.
Xbox has its own CEO, it is its own company, wholly owned by Microsoft. Xbox then also owns other companies like Mojang, Zenimax Media, Activision Blizzard .. They own companies too... Its companies all the way down. This way if one fails, it's bankruptcy doesn't take down the whole chain.
I agree - there is a big difference between being socially shunned for being an asshole or vocalising contempt and being publicly outed and then criminally punished for it.
So your complaint is that your warranty expired and they had parts you could buy to repair it?

That's true as long as none of the apps you use as a user have the compromised packages bundled with them...

This isn't about securing sites or content. It is just for poisoning the data AI scrapers steal by obfuscating the readily accessible information.
If you read the article or the ShieldFont website, it works pretty well when you use their React widget, even from an accessibility stand point.
Privacy - only those you allow can see what happens behind the door
Security - only those you allow can open the door
Anonymity - only those you allow know who the door belongs to
Secrecy - only those you allow know the door exists.
Get a new one and then try to salvage this one, and keep it as a hot spare - pun intended.
Still better uptime than Github

For the record I don't use GrapheneOS.
These businesses bill Australian customers for advertising - they follow Australian laws. 4chan is different though...

Consoles require paid subscription services for online play. PC doesn't.

Pascal was the language for teaching when I learned to code. Then Assembly X86, C, and Java. Pascal is solid.
Types... Database columns have types. C has types. JavaScript allows you to work without types. Write react in typescript instead.
