Insurgency Sandstorm. Loved the previous game but my PC at the time couldn't run it. I've had a better PC for years now but I only just picked it up and all my local servers are empty (Australia problems).

Both portals stationary: object velocity unchanged.

Both portals moving at the same speed: object velocity unchanged.

Entry portal moving: object pushed out at the same speed it entered.

Exit portal moving faster than object entered: object explodes.

Correct. If a stationary door/portal has no affect on the cube's velocity than that's also true for a moving door/portal.

I was thinking more about amateurs trying and making a mess of things. Although modern abattoirs aren't much better so you're not wrong.

Honestly, besides nostalgia value, the games really aren't that good because there's only one analogue stick. But back in the day my most memorable, enjoyed games were GTA, Daxter, and Persuit Force.

I like the idea of having a trial to prove understanding, but it sounds like needless cruelty. Maybe a day of work in an abattoir would be better.

It's not about the water it's the enormous load of plastic going into the ocean. Just bring your own bottle. Simple.

I was in Malaysia recently where these broadcasts are common. I won't complain about other cultures but it's pretty annoying. Only 20 houses is a quieter broadcast than over there. But if someone in Australia played loud music or a dog frequently barking that affected 20 neighbours you bet there'd be complaints. In this country, I believe those 20 residents have a right to peace and quiet in their homes.
