I don't remember where but I heard in a podcast episode that Guy Standing does not find this funny. I do, though

Fellow fish listener or do you just also happen to know that fact?

You probably know by now but the landlord just entering your rented space is illegal in many countries. In many parts of the world you can change the lock even so only you have access.

I mean that looks like a cubic meter tank so half full it should theoretically hold about ten times as much as the tank in the car. I'm curious about the roof and how much weight it can hold without damage though

I don't know about this one but sometimes single player /co-op games utilise anti cheat to make sure players don't use tools to unlock pre order bonus cosmetics they are not eligible for which really is as stupid as it gets. Legitimate buyers get spyware and decreased performance and pirates get the better experience

Louis Rossmann is a hero for using his platform to advocate for consumer rights. I hope he has the continuous support to do this in the future. I would love to support his repair business based on this alone but I live in Europe so I just have to keep posting fanboy comments like this one

For me "+o for ö or /+u for µ is easier to remember than numeric codes, that's why I like the compose key. I can look up a char and after typing it 2-3 times I usually remember it.

Auf wiedersehen is more like "see you soon" - not used in a literal sense anyway but you could say auf Nimmerwiedersehen to say "see you never"

Just a thought of a nitpicking German

My UPS just runs on a lead battery. It lasts long enough to run my router and server for a few minutes and cost less than 100€.

I got it when we had electrical issues and using the ironing board would trip the main fuse.

I just got into vintage story. It's like Minecraft but more realistic in the progression and farming aspects. To me it almost feels like discovering the Minecraft alpha all those years ago
