Is this a joke? You can't see the guy's face and his crack is exposed for the world to see. You expose that to the public, and this is fair game. Wouldn't make a difference if it were a woman.
There was recently a "movement of the month" or however you'd call it where everybody decided to post vintage memes, and I think somebody seized the opportunity to make a space for it and ride the wave.
Judging by their username and a glance through their comments, I'm going to guess that this person has dissociative identity disorder and is using the signature to note which alter made the comment. Definitely a bit jarring though, and maybe I'm wrong and it's just an odd quirk with how they comment.
