Absolutely no. While many people may sometimes get nothing done because they got their mind wrapped around some other, stressing thing like family trouble or being sick, or they might experience sudden bursts of energy and get something done faster than usual, neurotypical people do not experience this to the same degree people with ADHD do.
We do not get shit done because our minds are wrappes around a thousand minor things at the same time, then may get an energy burst and get something done really quick but you bet it's not the thing we're actually supposed to get done.
Also, this is not something we experience every now and then. This is our baseline. This is our daily life. Where neurotypicals can say, "I really do not want to do this thing but it really has to be done so I'll just do it and get over it," ADHD people are just not able to do that.
Medication may help, but it doesn't work the same way for everyone, nor is everyone able to tolerate the drugs equally well, and some of the medication is just straight up amphetamins btw.
But if you're pissing every 30 mins there's a problem, likely diabetes.
Many of the ADHD memes are the same concept. Things "neurotypical" may experience but not necessarily experience all day every day, whereas an ADHD person will.
I almost certainly don't have ADHD but occasionally do the center one (unintentionally, due to procrastination). But I'm pretty sure that everyone who does that does not get 40 hours of equivalent "quality" work done, more like 40 hours of somewhat careless work that is acceptable at best.
I know this because I have just spent 10 days preparing for an exam for a university lecture I have visited twice in this semester before ignoring it completely.

Where's the one where I'm getting so much work done but it's not the work I'm supposed to be doing?
