You've got me thinking about Pride and Prejudice and how Darcy's flavor of misogyny could be interpreted as hatred of patriarchal limitations on the social class "women" rather than a hatred of what women actually are. That is, he hates the behavior women act out as part of a performance they've been forced into, but he doesn't fully think through the concept of systemic oppression because he has no educational background to support that level of introspection, and so he's left blaming women. I'm sure there's probably quite a lot of writing on that angle already, but it's the first time it's ever occurred to me.
not sure which part is confusing you, but i'd be happy to explain.
trans-inclusive radical misogyny would be a tongue in cheek term made up for our guys particular unusual views around gender. he clearly hates women, and doesn't trust them in any positions of authority, but this misogyny extends equally to trans women rather than trans men. usually, these days, this kind of misogyny would be paired with a hatred, fear, and denial of the identities of trans people.
blursed is a portmanteau of "blessed" and "cursed". it is essentially a way of saying something has both good and bad elements, usually ones which contrast in a surprising way.
terf is an acronym that stands for "trans exclusive radical feminism", it is essentially a group of people who make a huge deal out of policing others gender identity and expression, especially those of trans women, under the pretense of caring about women. they have some roots in the 'radical feminism' of decades ago, but nowadays align much more strongly with the religious right, as hating trans people is their sole or primary political interest.

Next time, try writing your distasteful replies in a more comprehensible way. I partially understood what you were striving for; however, rage-bait should be easier to read, so that the reader can know what exactly to get mad at.

And you'd be even more frustrated when people around you say you're a bad person for being dog-phobic.
I think that's the internal world he's living in, based on a series of false premises that he genuinely believes to be true. I think that if these false facts were corrected then his conclusions would naturally improve. It's how it worked for me.

Honestly, having worked in kitchens, this is sorta just how chefs are. You really need an oversized ego to run a kitchen well, and you have to be a little crazy to pull it off. They're somehow either the best or worst people in the world, and sometimes you get a Guy like OP's who is both simultaneously.
I don't know the details, so I could be out of line, but you sometimes do have to force severe anorexia patients to eat. you can straight up die from it. and once you're anorexic for long enough, your body stops feeling hungry at appropriate times, so you have to make yourself eat X number of calories on a schedule for a few months during refeeding.

i was also told that milk consumption helps tremendously because it goes down easily, less chance of throwing it up, is digested rather well, and has a lot of calories.
Cant say since I fucking hate milk lol. The staff did have meal suppliment drinks on hand for us. But after the initial not dying of an eating disorder calories wernt the importaint part, it was getting us to be able to eat "fear" foods without a breakdown. We had actual nutritionists there that actually broke down and taught us how food reacts in your body and actual science of needing energy from food
I loved the staff there and my group but unfortunately the staff was temporary due to covid. I learn from a friend the place went back too being "therapist bullies you for being mentally ill and then your released being more scared of sugar" :'(
i'd say 90% of that is going down easily, it's not got anywhere near the calories of a slice of bread and i mean yeah it's easy to digest because it's largely just sugar water with some protein and fat.
i would imagine one of the ideal things to force down is just peanut butter, that's pure fat/protein/carb paste and a spoonful of it is more calories and nutrients than many many glasses of milk, and because so little of it is needed that means there's less to be felt in the stomach.
damn this is gold. that guy's a genius. he might have weird views but at least they're consistent and well thought-through (edit: except the "women are all stupid" part).

The US version felt a lot more lighthearted, like everyone was having a bit of a laugh, but it was all in good fun. The UK version was almost painful to watch, it really felt like watching workplace bullying.
And Gervais was a big part of that, every scene he was in just wasn't funny to watch.

I don't know many straight guys who actually think that, yet it do know multiple gay men who are low-key misogynists and really glad they're not into women. I feel like "Not Gay Name" is a younger version of a gay man i know, who almost got married to a woman who eventually found out he was cheating just not with girls.
I'd go in on that pool. None of his reactions exude disgust or distaste - more just an internal logic of possible inconveniences, compromises, or difficulties for those that are gay - such as not being seen as attractive by other gays, or discrimination/harassment.

That is the worst possible way you could say that. Even if you think people embracing gender norms for euphoria unintentionally reinforces harmful divisions, that isn't something inherent to transness itself. We can have gender without mistreating people for it; it's just an ongoing struggle to minimize mistreating people.
So are people too dumb to realize this is fake? Or too desperate to believe that hateful people, deep down, have a streak of tolerance?

Here, let me tell you about my MAGA coworker that marches for LGBT and immigrant rights. As it gets more attention, I'll post more and more stories about him, each more embellished and unbelievable than the last. Like an overly excited child who keeps going "And then! And then! And then!" because it seems to keep giving him attention.
even if its fake its damn entertaining. And its a nice reminder that even if you don't understand someone's beliefs you should still treat them with decency.
