Learning Dutch can actually be really useful! For example I, as a Dutchman, like to use my own tongue whenever my Warlock communicates with their devil patron in our D&D games.
constructed languages are still languages. They may not be as well fleshed out as languages that developed naturally over time, but you can still learn and speak/write them. Some constructed languages are more complete than others.
