My mum exposed them to me at a party when I was a kid, didn't really think much about them untill they released their Shingles ep, never thanked my mum for that.
I'm pretty sure Shingles was released by Herpes, but it's really derivative of their early album Chicken Pox. Common mistake as they're both in the same pox-rock genre.
They all sound the same that's the problem, either way, I had shingles on my forehead and I shit you not I looked fucking IDENTICAL to this image, without the stiches.
It was making its way towards my eye, the doctors like, if you waited a few more days you'd be blind in that eye, there's definitely some damage to that eye tho, it weeps more than the other and has slightly worse vision than the other now, but they're both fucked in that respect.
my mom and bro had it in thier cranial nerve, leading to eye, but the mom had no permanent damage surprsingly enough given her age and health, which makes her somewhat susceptible to severe infection. there was scarring found in the bros sclera though.
zoster keratitis, i believe can cause blindness if it affects the cornea, the most extreme is needing a transplant. the other severe ones, is hearing loss if it affects the ear, and spinal and brain meningitis.
mines did reach the spine(undiagnosed) i knew something was wrong when i couldnt bend my back normally. its not considered severe if you have no neurological symptoms(vomiting , photophobia, severe headache)
Not recognising that multiple people don’t understand what you meant seems like a ‘you’ problem.
Let’s try again: were you being serious as your replies suggest, sarcastic as your multiple question marks suggest, or an idiot troll like your answer to me suggests?
Tone doesn’t always translate into comments, so I’m choosing to respect you and ask.
to be fair, The Measles’ first album, “In Bed With The Measles”, kinda rocks, in a Madonna-meets-Butthole-Surfers kind of way. It’s disappointing to hear they’ve gone MAGA though.

I wonder if Measles uses as much autotune as Bad Bunny, I hear they’re a killer band.

So was the holocaust and the asteroid that destroyed the dinosaurs. Nonetheless, neither of these things are a subject of conversation at the moment.
Care to cite an example from the last 30 years?

You’re repeating the mistakes of Stoic the Brave. You should listen to your son and also hate cats less.
But we were talking about why platypus lay eggs.
