Warm syrup can't melt flour beams

remotelove@lemmy.ca · 15 pts · 303d (2 replies)

But syrup can make them soggy....

TheReanuKeeves@lemmy.world · 18 pts · 303d (1 reply)

Ha, people really believe what big culinary shoves down their throats. There are multiple angles showing a large black box under the fork before it makes contact with stack 1. Compare the footage of the stacks falling alongside any professional mukbang demolition and you'll see the similarities. Not to mention the "coincidence" of the owner who routinely had breakfast there happened to not be there that day...

treesapx@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 303d

You think that was real maple syrup on pancake stack 7? Aunt Jemima doesn't melt butter like that.

rumba@lemmy.zip · 6 pts · 303d

fucking hell, take your upvote and warm sense of satisfaction that you sent me to hell

Aeao@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 303d (1 reply)

Damn it i just made that joke. Originality is dead! We are all cogs in an infinite machine!

TheReanuKeeves@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 303d

It's no coincidence, we both see through the lies. Those delicious buttery syrupy lies

FenderStratocaster@lemmy.world · 62 pts · 303d (5 replies)

I don't believe he did it at all. They lied. It was an inside job.

AwesomeLowlander@sh.itjust.works · 32 pts · 303d (1 reply)

The pancakes are certainly inside now

toynbee@lemmy.world · 18 pts · 303d

If he's anything like me, not for long.

GorGor@startrek.website · 17 pts · 303d (1 reply)

This is not the face of a man who just won an eating challenge.

anomnom@sh.itjust.works · 5 pts · 303d

And the shirt doesn’t look like it’s really printed with those graphics either.

Aeao@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 303d

Syrup can’t melt butter. Look it up!

Truscape@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 54 pts · 303d (1 reply)

Wait why does he look like Linus Torvalds

The_Picard_Maneuver@piefed.world · 46 pts · 303d

Every man should strive to.

TheImpressiveX@lemmy.today · 40 pts · 303d (1 reply)

Just give me all the pancakes you have. Wait, wait. I'm worried what you just heard was, "Give me a lot of pancakes." What I said was, "Give me ALL the pancakes you have". Do you understand?

ArtVandelay@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 303d

SnokenKeekaGuard@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 34 pts · 303d

I'd hijack that plate

NigelFrobisher@aussie.zone · 28 pts · 302d (1 reply)

That’s actually 9 seconds and 11 minutes in American datetime.

Kernal64@sh.itjust.works · 8 pts · 302d

I believe you mean American timedate.

ininewcrow@lemmy.ca · 24 pts · 303d

Osama Bin Latke

someguy3@lemmy.world · 20 pts · 303d

Steel forks can't melt dough and syrup!

Dozzi92@lemmy.world · 19 pts · 303d (1 reply)

When they said never forget, I didn't realize it was because the memes would never stop.

lugal@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 3 pts · 303d

The internet never forgets

jqubed@lemmy.world · 19 pts · 303d (2 replies)

I didn’t think you could have pancakes in poor taste but here we are

MotoAsh@piefed.social · 12 pts · 303d

It's not poor taste. He's Never Forgetting.

x00z@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 302d

Looks like they tasted amazing

village604@adultswim.fan · 12 pts · 303d (3 replies)

It's been over 22.3 years, though

tdawg@lemmy.world · 8 pts · 303d

I don't need to be reminded how old I am

Eq0@literature.cafe · 6 pts · 303d (1 reply)

Yeah, that should be enough to start making jokes… but “never forget” and I’m not American

Aeao@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 303d

I could be wrong but I think they are making a south park reference.

The aids episode. 20.3 years is how long before something bad becomes funny.

SlamWich@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 302d

Never forget o7

chooglers@midwest.social · 7 pts · 303d

bush did it first

reddig33@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 303d (6 replies)

Tacky.

Vandals_handle@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 302d

Only if you spill the syrup

athairmor@lemmy.world · -14 pts · 303d (4 replies)

Yeah. I feel like this is equivalent to concentration camp jokes.

MotoAsh@piefed.social · 13 pts · 303d

It is definitely not equivalent to concentration camp jokes. More like jokes about how "fun" Vietnam was. Y'know, like South Park made. Several times.

GreenKnight23@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 303d (2 replies)

you're on shirts that go hard.

what did you fucking expect?

athairmor@lemmy.world · -7 pts · 303d (1 reply)

Probably, shirts with powerful, impactful messaging. Or, just plain cool. Not edgy neckbeard stuff.

GreenKnight23@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 303d

If it had been at Taco bell, it would have been a sad day with bells ringing for each layer. I don't know, I'm Reading too much into it. But it needs powdered sugar.

HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 303d

a tower of tacos? i don't like taco bell enough, but when i was a freshman we'd have taco eating contests at the place tacos cost a quarter (taco wednesday for some reason)

RubberElectrons@lemmy.world · -8 pts · 302d

Imma go on record as a new Yorker and say this shirt is fucked up.

That guy is a jerkbag, and I don't care what anyone says.

Peace.
