And people complain that Pizzacake is too bland, vanilla, and uncontroversial.

not_IO@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 45 pts · 164d (1 reply)

woman under scrutiny by default, what is this, the internet?

potustheplant@feddit.nl · 3 pts · 163d

Could not care less if she was a dude. I just don't find her funny or interesting at all.

Saapas@piefed.zip · 24 pts · 164d (1 reply)

Most of her stuff I've seen has been like that. Very Reddit, "does anyone else" style stuff. But I only see what pops up, her other stuff might be totally different.

Not the porn though, that was bland, vanilla but maybe not uncontroversial

FishFace@piefed.social · 5 pts · 164d

How dare someone make vanilla porn!

Ilovethebomb@sh.itjust.works · 18 pts · 164d (12 replies)

Honestly, I didn't think she had it in her.

MBM@lemmings.world · 16 pts · 164d (6 replies)

She does comics like this all the time

WillFord27@lemmy.world · 13 pts · 164d (5 replies)

How do you have a staggering 0% upvoted..? Did you remove your own god-given upvote?

... Honestly, I respect it.

Muehe@lemmy.ml · 4 pts · 164d

Some Fediverse frontends don't set the self-upvote by default (kbin for example), but since lemmings.world is a Lemmy instance it was probably removed by the author (maybe accidentally double-click on posting?).

You can see how many upvotes and downvotes a comment has, and this one shows at 0 upvote, despite the fact you should automatically give yourself an upvote when you post. It's possible to remove your self-upvote, if you want to for some reason.

Though I think some instances hide downvotes in UI, so maybe you can only see the total? not sure.

DaGeek247@fedia.io · 3 pts · 164d (1 reply)

My instance doesn't do that.

brsrklf@jlai.lu · 3 pts · 164d

mbin right? That could explain the difference. Lemmy was made to look and feel more like reddit.

Frozengyro@lemmy.world · 15 pts · 164d (4 replies)

Didn't she do an onlyfans?

Cypher@aussie.zone · 26 pts · 164d (3 replies)

Yes but it was bland, vanilla and uncontroversial

Edit: I should mention I didn't pay to see any of it, I saw her promoting it so free titty pics were appreciated I guess

naticus@lemmy.world · 9 pts · 164d

Which is especially funny since for some pearl clutching prudes, her having an OF at all, regardless of content, was controversial. I wouldn't sub, but that's also completely her call if she wants to be out there like that.

jballs@sh.itjust.works · 7 pts · 164d (1 reply)

so free titty pics were appreciated I guess

Are they ever not?

Slovene@feddit.nl · 7 pts · 164d

Not when I send my moobs they aren't. 😭

lol, I just finished watching zootopia 2 an hour ago...

Those tiger backup dancers to the shakira/gazelle character.... the animators know EXACTLY what they're doing.... right?

like honestly, is disney actually innocently oblivious?

I like that 200% sexier implies that this character is exactly 3x as sexy as a regular cat

jballs@sh.itjust.works · 8 pts · 164d

It's also possible that the mascot wasn't originally a regular cat, but an already pretty sexy cat.

FreddiesLantern@leminal.space · 8 pts · 164d

It isn’t?

Zwiebel@feddit.org · 32 pts · 164d (1 reply)

That would work 100%

Sharkticon@lemmy.zip · 9 pts · 164d

I'm certainly intrigued

Kolanaki@pawb.social · 30 pts · 164d

You like kissing catboys, don't you?

robocall@lemmy.world · 12 pts · 164d (1 reply)

How could a wolf possibly fall in love with a cat?!

wreckedcarzz@lemmy.world · 9 pts · 164d

It's purrfectly understandable

(I'm also part tiger and a dash of fox but shh)

Tattorack@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 164d (7 replies)

A connoisseur, you say?

ClockworkOtter@lemmy.world · 8 pts · 164d (5 replies)

Or one might say, a commeowsseur

ClockworkOtter@lemmy.world · 5 pts · 164d (4 replies)

I would say the majority of reddit liked her work, including me, because it was always upvoted despite a few vocal people getting their undies in a twist and complaining. Plus her comics were used pretty widely for making memes.

Never understood the complaints that she did NSFW stuff, artists gotta eat too!

You can't tell me that the person who chose "Temptations" as a brand name for cat treats wasn't at least a little bit into Furry stuff.

Hazmatastic@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 163d (2 replies)

I'm sorry, only 200%? You mean to say the original (plain old) cat was already 1/3 of the way to however sexy this one is?

Barrymore@sh.itjust.works · 3 pts · 163d (1 reply)

Reading between the lines here, you're downplaying how sexy you think this cat is overall, but your shock suggests you think this cat is insanely sexier than a typical cat

however sexy this one is

Tssk, tssk. You know how sexy it is

Or you think regular cats are obscenely ugly

Hazmatastic@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 163d

W-what?? It's n-not like I think he's sexy or anything! Baka!

Nah, im just saying, someone (fictional) made a cat into a humanoid with washboard abs and a toned physique that would be the envy of many and said "yeah, not only is this cat a solid 10 but your garden variety cat is better than a 3, that's almost halfway there baybee"

Nothing against furries or anything, just saying the bar needs to be higher. Please.

sp3ctr4l@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 9 pts · 164d

Given the number of people I have seen making allusions to themselves sleeping in the kennels they keep in their rooms...

This is just an out of touch marketing exec.

Yep.

Its cat food.

For cats.

Yep.

Mhm.

Yep thats our market demo, mhm.

FreddiesLantern@leminal.space · 8 pts · 164d

And you know why they don’t work there?

Because you don’t have sexy cats to begin with that’s why!

Sirius006@sh.itjust.works · 7 pts · 164d

Is this epic furry?

Words I have to resist typing every time I'm called-upon to defend a one-off comment I'm un-pleasently-surprised I can remember making, but all-too-often, not the why.

I really should charge more for attempting to channel me-from-twelve-hours-ago. Oh, and polishing that ass-hole's non-sense into something I'll be even more confused-about tomorrow. I want to say "Stop asking me to iterate, it only gets worse", but then I see the gibberish posing as a counter-point and realize, yes, we can make eachother worse.
