Despite recent advances, it's still possible to identify AI slop if you know what to look for.

Back in my day, we used to call this a Nine Inch Nails album cover, and hand over $15 for this new thing we called a Compact Disc

darkdemize@sh.itjust.works · 24 pts · 155d (2 replies)

Looks more like a Tool video to me.

backalleycoyote@lemmy.today · 15 pts · 155d (1 reply)

I think itโ€™s surpassed both and is pure Aphex Twin level body horror.

Just missing his face superimposed on them all.

Baconed Homonculus, classic British cuisine.

yakko@feddit.uk · 5 pts · 155d

It Swiftly fell out of fashion; now you have to travel to the Virgin Islands for any chance to find it!

No, no. That's normal. If it was weird, they'd have circled it in red.

over_clox@lemmy.world · 34 pts · 155d (9 replies)

Dog has three legs on the kid's side as well.

There's also something else, I can't quite put my finger on it..

DarrinBrunner@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 155d (2 replies)

The dog is sitting on it's left hip, the foot is just sticking out to the other side.

There are plenty of toy basketballs that size.

Some people really do have more than five fingers, search it.

Nonsense text on the shirt? It's just folded over, that's why it looks like that. It's like you people have never worn a shirt before.

I'm sure this answers all the questions anyone could possibly have about this image.

Well I just hope someone gives the boy some duct tape for his other sandal..

DarrinBrunner@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 154d

Such an ableist statement. You don't know his journey!

nilloc@discuss.tchncs.de · 6 pts · 154d (1 reply)

Actually our dog does sit that way. He looks broken when he does it too. The rest of that photo is whack though.

Of course I canโ€™t find a good photo of it now, but if you look closely you can see it in this one.

Heโ€™s a Swedish Valhund btw, weird little dog.

over_clox@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 154d

I know, ours does too sometimes. I was just talking circles around the elephant in the room LOL!

Bluegrass_Addict@lemmy.ca · 3 pts · 155d (1 reply)

is it the dogs 3rd eye?

over_clox@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 155d

The dog has 6 eyes, obviously. 2 of them see, 2 of them hear, and 2 of them smell. This is an otherwise normal dog, which has an extra foot for a penis.

basxto@discuss.tchncs.de · 2 pts · 154d

I can put my hand on it

LemmyKnowsBest@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 154d

Omgpwnies@lemmy.world · 8 pts · 154d

Poor thalidomide baby on the left getting roped into AI slop....

AffineConnection@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 154d

vaultdweller013@sh.itjust.works · 6 pts · 154d

I wish to kick the homunculus, I feel like it would make the noise of a mortar shell before hitting something and making a satisfying thunk.

tidderuuf@lemmy.world · 5 pts · 155d

The red lines and words were done by AI.

khanh@lemmy.zip · 4 pts · 154d

So who's gonna tell him?

Tollana1234567@lemmy.today · 4 pts · 155d

bizarre animal videos shorts, the animals are oddly added into the picture you can tell theres a wierd cartoonish (coloring, structure)look to it.

Danarchy@lemmy.nz · 2 pts · 154d

libre_warrior@lemmy.ml · 2 pts · 154d

dogs can't play basketball... slop identified.

DrunkAnRoot@sh.itjust.works · 2 pts · 154d

the dog has 3 legs on one side

Routhinator@startrek.website · 1 pts · 154d

I am shocked that the person who posted this did not circle the leg attached to a shoulder..

lechekaflan@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 154d (1 reply)

It's both the disjointed limbs and the all-too-clean front yard.

1rre@discuss.tchncs.de · 1 pts · 154d

It's fundamentally hard for AI to make things dirty.

It can do messy, but it's based on denoising, and it's very hard to distinguish a layer of dust or grime from noise, so unless some new technology comes up we're still going to have that as an indicator well after scale and limbs are fixed.

stringere@sh.itjust.works · 1 pts · 154d

I like the peg leg.
