If your truck was made without and you put nuts on it I don't make the rules snowflake nuts that truck is trans if you got a problem take it up with god
Usually depends on the gender of the Latin word for it (ships are feminine because navis is)
Which makes cars confusing because they've only been around since Latin hasn't. Neo-Latin has a few different possible words, like currum, which is masculine, or vehiculum, which is neutral, or raeda, which is feminine. So it could go any of the possible ways
That being said, I'm almost positive that every truck ever made has (lug)nuts from the factory
I installed a hitch receiver on my sedan pre-pandemic so I could do light truck stuff with it. I've been tempted to get truck nuts for it ever since because I think it would be funny.

We largely refer to machines as "she" as well. So putting nuts on it definitely counts as making it trans.

If you are surprised by that most Americans want more rights for cars and trucks than for people you have not been paying attention.

This is really funny to me and something i might use unironically if I had a truck, especially as it could also be practical
Nooodel@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 133d
Also it's proceeding on a transmission
