I do this frequently as well. I have about 30 to 45 min after school drop off and work starting and I just have a nap in the car. It's pretty comfortable for a short sleep on a reclined driver's seat.
I do 12 hour shifts in the day. Theres and hour long break. Same applies to the night shift overnight and it is normalised for people to find space to sleep in their break. It is about getting this socially accepted in the day.

Most of the time "room temp IQs" is an exaggeration. In this case it isn't. Even among UFC fans, fighters and Joe Rogan, you'd have to find a pretty big room before they're not the stupidest people in the room.
