Turns out they were actually withholding it because the autopsy is pathetic. We knew the DNC was incompetent but this goes beyond our expectations.
Just the stuff that's in there is shocking, how the fuck are they this incompetent at running a campaign?
The writer isn't great, their conclusion on why they lost in 2016 was that Hillary didn't win the primary quickly enough, but even they can see "polling to see what your voters want and then doing what your potential voters are telling you to do" is basic campaigning.
Look they are just worried that if they speak the truth then they are going have their snouts removed from that sweet Israeli cash trough. They got a nice grift going and they don't want to lose it.
I have no idea how western countries are going extricate themselves from this nonsense given all politicians seem to be bound by it. I'm in Australia and we literally implemented anti-semitism laws that are almost exclusively used to silence anti-Israel stances in the public discourse.
At this point it's more reasonable to consider all Israelis war criminals unless they can prove otherwise, just like they seem to be doing to Iranians. Will our government apply the same rules on Israel as it does to Iranians? Doubtful.

It would not be about principles or absolute stands, but just about having better optics and taking populist relative positions on any topics of the day.

I just find the idea that Gaza swung the election so improbable. Do most Americans even know Gaza exists, let alone what is happening there? And how many who do know care about what's happening to people they've been told are all terrorists?
The people who care about Gaza are exactly the politically activated youth the dems need to have any kind of ground game. The autopsy acknowledged that the national campaign barely moved the needle compared to local organizations.
Democratic voters (young left leaning) do care, have you not seen the protests? We made it loud and clear we won't vote for KH if she insists on supporting the genocide and she responded by thanking Dick Satan Chaney for his service and calling for the most lethal military.
If you buy that she didn't lose because of Gaza, you're gonna have a lot more losing to witness.
Even if the numver of actual protesters aren't enough to swing the vote, telling them to fuck off has an outsized impact because those are the activated ones who get the rest of their cohort to vote.
Sure I was at them, just like I've been at a lot of protests for other topics too. But I don't perceive that any of them were large enough to specifically be the key factor in swinging an election that was frankly not that close. A lot of political radicals aren't very persuadable anyway.
Anyway your last comment is puzzling. I have no more sway on democratic policies than you do. Your last comment is weird. I think dems should reject genocide too. I just think they should do it because it's the right thing to do, not because it would magically make fascism disappear through some mysterious and unknown mechanism.
