On Mbin you can follow users of every platform and their posts will show up in your subscribed feed. You can also turn posts, communities and users to "loud" which means you receive a notification whenever there is a new comment / new post / new post of the user.

it's not all activity. just new posts. and there's no ui to manage the list of those you're "following" in that manner.
