Everyone who is willing to go through a boring routine procedure that doesn't adversely affect their lives moving forward should be willing to face potential lifelong complications, medications, and pain, (not to mention potential death from any number of things from surgery to simply existing with one kidney) in order to give someone else half of their kidneys or else they're a piece of shit.
In a world where thats possible i think id have a go at being a woman for a few months. I have no desire to, but I'm pretty curious about the differences.
Although, in that world, I bet it would be a lot more egalitarian and the whole experience would probably be about the same plus or minus a penis
