They'll be getting out, too, but in the meantime, they are innocent people stuck in prison, where NOBODY wants to spend even a single day. Except the video doesn't show him doing what they said he did. Grand Juries are famously susceptible to manipulation by the Prosecutor. It's much harder to get away with it in actual court.
