I mean it could be a metal storm experiment, you could probably get several thousand sub .30 cal rounds in that thing and since it's metal storm you could dispense them at like 5k rps.
I know you’re joking, but I’m going to answer this anyway.
This would be considered constitutional carry in Texas and would be legal to do in public with no license whatsoever. Gotta keep your hand off it though otherwise it could be considered criminally threatening.
I was joking yeah but thank you for taking the time to write an actual answer anyway because that was a legit cool piece of trivia!
I'm now sitting here with the mental image of some guy unironically waddling around Texas wearing this and equally oversized cowboy hat and boots (for balance) and it's way funnier than my joke was :D
I know someone who did that. Sort of a cousin's uncle's nephew's brother's roomate sort of situation, a guy I knew through a chain of other people. He didn't shoot his dick off, but he did lose a testicle.

It's a .22, but the mag holds 1500 rounds.

Perfect for those states with 10 round restricted magazine sizes. That way you can have 99.4% blocked space in your mag!

Like anyone could afford to carry around all 1500 anyways. It's about having the capability, not actually doing so.

Hell, there's room for at least 25 barrels in there. Each barrel would only have to do 200 rps. Probably wouldn't even melt.

Do you need a concealed carry permit for that or nah?

Which is bad enough.
