Nah, you just need art direction. Show someone waiting for the test. They look anxious. Show their stereotyped hourglass timer finish counting, they pick up the test, read the unshown result, close their eyes and give a "not anxious anymore" smile while they take a deep breath, the camera panning up and over towards a sunny window just as their reaction expression hints at showing.
You're not selling pregnant or not pregnant. You're selling not worrying or knowing. So you don't need to convey the emotion of the result, just the emotion of "no longer anxious to find out".
If they have a drink or a multivitamin afterwards is aside from what you're selling.
Maybe a little bit of both? After all, the target demographic for pregnancy tests include both those that are, and those that aren't trying to get pregnant.

I went out of my way to skip commercials when I was a kid and now that Im an adult, so I highly doubt a commercial would have helped to convince me to get the vasectomy I got lol.
Real life and the regretful parents I observed o were the 'commercial' and it was very effective lol.

a baby gives you none of those things. in fact, the pregnancy test commercial is one of the few that deviates from the norm. whoa! look how excited we are that we have another mouth to feed and have to endure the stench of poop for 4 years!
Wait, what? Nobody has ever gained wealth through the success of a child, class status through having a large family, friends made through a child's social network, or a good time with their kids?
You're wrong, but for a counter- intuitive reason. People who are happy are more likely to have kids. And then these people continue to be happier on average than their childless peers. But most likely because they have the excess time and resources to pursue having children.
Thanks to contraception, children are a consequence of happiness rather than a cause.
my only problem with this is that commercial on screen shouldnt be whst you use to decide MASSIVE changes in your life like havign a kid or not having a kid
Real life is typically its own commercial . A person simply has to pay enough attention to those people in their lives and their environments around them and do enough soul-searching within themselves and theyll start to see these 'commercials' all around them all the time. Its a really interesting 'experiment' I would highly recommend👍🏿

You can be both child free and respect other people’s decisions to have children. I get that it feels like the reverse doesn’t happen. Hey, that’s why this comm exists. However once you make it us v them, you’re a cult or at least on your way to be one.

Back when I was on Reddit, the child free subreddit started to become a echo chamber for child hate. I even got banned for calling out the unnecessary hatred. As a result a new child free subreddit split off. This one still promoted child free and help people find places that would perform surgeries.
This post isn't doing anything to promote hate. Like I said, I get what you're trying to say, but you're saying on the wrong post.
