WASHINGTON -- A new National Park Service report backs President Donald Trump’s proposed arch, despite what it says are adverse effects to the sightline between a host of iconic landmarks in Washington, including the Washington Monument and Lincoln and Jefferson memorials.
The report released Friday says the 250-foot-tall (76-meter) memorial arch is likely to disrupt the historical significance of dozens of sites near its planned location adjacent to Memorial Bridge.

What's the rush, donnie? If you are so wonderful, you wouldn't have to build these monuments to yourself, others would gladly do it after you're gone.
If that stupid thing gets built, we need to sell raffle tickets in the next administration to who gets to push the trigger on the demolition.

He's so delusional, too. He doesn't understand that any monument, if it were to be tied so directly to him would become a public urinal (or worse, lol).
Also, I expect lots of people will be spray-painting things on there like "pedo" and "rapist", etc.

Cannot imagine why. Besides just being an all-around jerkoff and complete asshole, he's also threatening the city all the time with various bullshit and nonsense.
Most recently, he's threatening to demolish the Kennedy Center if he doesn't get to put his name on it. I mean: forget politics, who behaves like this? The guy is a selfish jerk doing nothing for the American people or for the city of DC.
