Because they are, dammit. I remember taking a test that had like 50 questions and it seemed like I'd answer every single one of them differently if it provided more context in one way or the other.
There were two questions far away from each other probing for readiness to use violence which I thought would make an for odd result because I answered them "differently". I filled in some more missing context, what else are you supposed to do to find an answer?
Well, apparently that just turned out to make my result unreliable.
Maybe it's a localization issue, but I've not seen this yet using Thunderbird. I should look into this, there is a word I always use that's clearly expecting an attachment.
Hm, thanks for recommending, but I doubt it'll change anything. I shave wet with safety razors which is supposed to give the smoothest result? My skin takes it okay, I just have too dark and thick hair, just can't get rid of the shadow. Great for laser, bad for a clean shave.
Oh, face mask could really help, facial hair is definitely the worst problem for me presentation-wise...
It really sucks, it's this trashy terf brainworm that's crawling through my mind, wish I could just get rid of it. Will get there, either with baby steps or one day when waiting is just not an option, because I sure as hell won't enter a men's bathroom.
Sorry if I am meandering and rambling a little but I thought maybe my experience might help.
You're welcome to, thanks for sharing <3
I hope it gets easier for you. Take one step at a time. You are doing something right if you are getting welcomed like this. 💜
Oh well, it was only online and I have been an invisible listener. Today definitely motivated me some more, but the real test is the weekend. The place explicitly welcomes transfeminine people, though, so it should be fine :3.
Oh hey y'all, I fondly remember interacting with a fae among you a while ago.
I wasn't even aware of a transmedicalist tone around here, so I'm not sure what this says about myself. Feel free to elaborate on this, if you can, I'd like to be more aware.
It saddens me that you don't feel as comfortable here, I wish you luck with building the community you and your friends dream of.
I'm intrigued, but need more information on how procreation evolved socially in this world. Is it like an obligation for everyone to do once in a lifetime or something? Or is it something only these perverted and weird non-straight folk do, like rabbits? Is artificial insemination the biggest scientific accomplishment that this society has ever seen?
Yeah, I would've wanted to go mono from the start actually, but wanted to try the official way. Rather unusual to get injections from that here, though.
Of course hard to tell where the problems really came from, high E, cypro, actual problems in life... Always so much guessing. Still a bit early to tell if injections leave me more stable on the long run, but I'm hopeful.
Glad you had a good experience. Really sucks about your hair, hope you get it back soon <3
Oh yeah, same, I was really lucky to meet a super cool couple who produce it themselves and give it to everyone who needs it at production cost. Actually even cheaper than through our "free" healthcare and way less of a hassle.
Yeah, that's a great perspective. Really liked the idea of labels being working hypotheses, for ourselves first and foremost and are of course always allowed to change.
I kinda feel I'm taking an easy way out with the labels, I want to be a woman so that's what I am. For me the harder part is defining what a woman actually is.
Okay so what if you've been identifying as a femboy for years, then said fuck this, I'm gonna transition. So you take hormones, remove body hair and really, really hope to just pass as a woman one day, presenting tomboy-ish. And if you don't get far enough, you'll just go back identifying as a femboy. There's no social or presentational dysphoria, but the others are very real.
I accept her (she likes me seeing her as a woman) wherever she ends up, but goddamn, it's confusing as fuck.
I kinda stumbled into two "real" girlgasms, once years ago when I had no clue of who I am, and quite recently after a few months on hrt. These were really some of the most intense experiences I've ever had, could try and describe, but I don't want to spoil it x). Problem is I've not been sober when these happened and haven't been able to replicate. Mind you, the orgasms I have now are still more intense than what I've been used to pre-hrt, always getting shaky and tingly after :3
Something else that changed is that the path to climax got so much more intense. With my partner I've (we've) not been able to get there yet, but we also don't really care, because all the touching and cuddling and feeling each other just feels soooo amazing. On testosterone dealing with horny felt like such a chore, sure, the relief was okay, but it still was always something like I had to do, not something I liked to do.

Gosh, I wish that were normal! I kept thinking, why isn't everyone socialized like that? That would make life so much better for everyone.
Ugh, welcome to the patriarchy or something, I guess.

Can't accidentally send an improper attachment if you forget to send an attachment.
*taps head

Oh cool, I was just too scared to ask this for some reason. Eager to see what everyone throws in :3
I've not considered that she might be doing this too, actually. Hmmmm.

So today I learned E can give us freckles??! Here's to hope, omg, how cute!
These are the best realizations... Suddenly it goes from othering to almost gender affirming :3

I'm in this picture and I like it :3
Nope, it's actually eggs.
