Keto is how you lose all of your muscle mass. My diet is more or less set for me by my coach/personal trainer. I eat 5 or 6 times per day and I have been losing body fat percentage and gaining lean muscle mass at the same time. It is hella slow though, but seeing incremental progress feels so good.
I totally load myself full of sugary carbs on my heavy cardio and heavy lift days. It makes a huge difference if I slam 40-60 grams of sugar about an hour before my wprkout and sip a sugary Gatorade during it.
As an athletic dude, I wish it were simpler to get a balanced lean-protein diet without meat. I do whey protein or canned fish/shellfish for most of my meals, and that has been working well for me. Kinda boring eating the same shit every day, but it works pretty well.
The thing about AIM, was "OMG this person is available to chat instantly, right here, right now!" A lot of people didn't have text messaging, or they did but it was expensive, so being able to chat remotely meant calling them on the phone, or you and the other person happened to be online at the same time.
2 hour old account and these 3 comments are all it has.

Not a lot of good Jonestown jokes because the punch line is too long.
Thanks, I hate it.
Because they don't need to tap physical wires anymore.
I just changed my SSIDs.
I'd just complain about it and tale a picture. I don't fuck with other people's stuff.
Gross! Who puts mayo on a donut?
Ouch.

I have a Garmin Vivoactic 6 and I can either use gadgetbridge, or I can just pull it from the watch over USB.
So far so good. I am enjoying it. I am about 1/3 through it.

Pretty bike. Those old 90s are so much fun.
Damn, that's a dope ass watch.
At least they gave you your other hand back so you could sell it.
