Australians secretly changing back to British as soon as they step back in their homes just to fuck with Americans even more.

I mean if I have nobody to play with then oh well might as well just watch something or do something else 🤷

My problem is I can't get "addicted" to games easily and I only play for a couple of hours at most, and then I'll go right back to watching stuff like YouTube. Maybe that's because I'm running out of friends to play multiplayer games with and have been forced to play singleplayer games. I have a 9800x3d and 5080 and I feel guilty that im not getting the most out of it. Sometimes I even consider quitting gaming because I don't have the motivation to play unless it's with my friends. Doesn't help that there's so many cool games that are meant to be played co-op or i guess some would call "friend slop" games.

I miss the days when my friends would play shooters with me for hours. Now my best friend is so changed that I feel like I barely know him or relate to him anymore. 😢 I hate getting older. I'm depressed now.

Edit: im playing Resident Rvil Requiem and so far im loving it, maybe i was exaggerating a little.

Heh, I was a little sleep deprived when I wrote that comment so that likely didn't help either lol but thank you though! That actually does make me feel a bit better, however, I must say, it's kinda funny/sad that phrase can even be said these days. Sorry on behalf of my country and the terrible leaders we have, they are permanently stupid and corrupt, but I hope you Canadians don't think we're all like that either. To be quite frank, it's embarrassing.

Much love from the few sane individuals that remain here! 🇨🇦 🇺🇲💛

Way to demean people busting their ass for your lazy ass who can't cook for themselves. You realize these people work in stressful situations and aren't just "flipping the burger" right? They deserve a living wage.

$15.99 is a steal especially for delivery. Hell, lots of the pizza restaurants near me have a minimum order amount of $15-20.

The bank's lawyers also noted that it kept its reasoning for the closures confidential at the time: it "never publicized the termination decision nor its confidential internal process giving rise to the closure," and gave the Trump companies months — plus several extensions — to move their money elsewhere, which they did.

Is that normal procedure for USA banks? If I launder money, I won't have the cops knocking at my door and the bank will just politely tell me to move my ill-gotten gains somewhere else?

I understand that and I don't blame people for just that, but if it's just for work applications and completely separated from your personal computer, then you aren't signing into your personal accounts like your bank account, YouTube, Steam, and other non-work related stuff that could pose privacy concerns. It's not your computer so who cares lol I hate Windows as much as the next guy, but surely it isn't so bad that you are unable to do just work stuff on it. I think turning down a job over that is a huge overreaction.

Edit: After thinking about it for a bit longer, the work provided computers are probably really slow/underpowered so I get why people would hate that, but don't turn down the good money either!

There is no ‘good’ reason for destruction. Not even ideological. This is simple planned greed

It's almost the same as how physical media is being phased out even in gaming, greed and preventing ownership. I can probably go on Annas Archive right now and get all the books I could ever want, but I still want to have physical books if they decide to metaphorically burn down the library of Alexandria and take down The Internet Archive and Annas archive. I feel like we are losing valuable information at an alarming rate, If the original books are lost and only the digital books remain, then what if someone edits/deletes the books to change history? Scary shit imo.

Edit: Sorry for all the typos :(
