I see them every so often in Seattle. I always give them a disapproving look and a big thumbs down, I’ve found that pisses people off more than a middle finger.
I think I’m in the same place. I live in the PNW and whenever I tell people I haven’t watched Twin Peaks it feels like a sin. But I recently regretted watching Blue Velvet and can’t manage to get more than a few episodes into Twin Peaks, thinking his style is just not for me.
I have a tattoo of one of Vonnegut’s doodles from this book (the ouroboros) and when I pulled the book out during the consult, the artist immediately asked “are you getting the asshole?” I responded no, but I knew at that moment he was the perfect artist to do the tattoo.
It’s a huge spectrum and as others have said, whatever is your normal is normal. 40 year old man here on the opposite end of the spectrum, maybe once or twice a month. Normal testosterone levels and healthy, always just had a lower sex drive.
I have lots of tattoos and am in my dumb fun stuff era. My next is either going to be a Wild Rainier (Rainier beer bottle with legs used in their weird old commercials) with a shot of whiskey, or American trad animals on my kneecaps.
It’s definitely worth practicing, and the earlier you do it in an interaction the easier. If I’m chatting with someone for more than a minute or two, or we talk about something more interesting than casual small talk, I’ll just extend my hand and say “I’m by the way.” It’s never resulted in anything other than them shaking my hand and telling me their name.
I’ve made a lot of friends just being “out” somewhat regularly. I have a few favorite bars/breweries in the area that I’ll just bring my book to and hang out reading at the bar. Even doing a solitary activity in public ends up getting me into conversations, usually with people who share similar interests.
Fight Oligarchy by Bernie Sanders. Read in an afternoon and got me fired up.
I suppose it makes sense a person who struggles with basic grammar would have a hard time with pronouns.

Zofran really is the goat tho
This is “oops I dropped my magnum condom for my monster dong” level of subtlety. Reported for spam.

Ballard resident here–thanks!

As an atheist… the fuck did I just read?

I’ll steer clear of Tacoma, but I could live in the smell of hops on brew day.

It’s an annoying and spammy way to get your content downvoted/blocked when it could have been noticed.

If it’s recent/happening now, it’s the only thing I use Twitter for. Just search and sort by recent, I’ll almost always find full uncensored clips.
it’s*
A tale as old as time.
Thankfully not too hot in Seattle today. Only had two glasses of water, though, going to go get another now.
