There is EndeavourOS if you really want Arch for the lazy. It is basically just arch with an additional repo from the EOS devs with themes and their own tools.
You get preconfigured DE and WM installations. Would always prefer it over Manjaro.
I have recently got myself into hard sci-fi and I am having a blast. My last books were The Hot Zone, Jurassic Park and Lost World. I have now started The Martian.
There are so many science facts you can learn from these while being wonderfully entertained along the way.
So in conclusion I am more into the sci part where the fi part is just a careful extrapolation of an actual scientific basis.
This is funny because both sides are likely true. Netanyahu is a pos, the accusations from Turkey are right.
On the other hand, Erdogan would love to be a dictator (he is already almost there) and chances are high that he is an antisemite, too since antisemitism runs quite strong in Turkish society.
The newest DLC is again very high quality. I am very fond of playing lesser known scenarios and they did a very good job on this one as well. The new graphical, sound, AI and UI improvements are also much appreciated. There are still some animations left to be fixed and the plane physics to be further improved, but overall I really enjoy the new campaigns (almost through all of them) and the additions to the gameplay and base game as well. It definitely is an overall improved game compared to last year, when I discovered it.
I‘ve been using Arch for round about 13 years now, and, depending on your setup, manual interventions after an update are only required very rarely + they are usually documented on the arch website, so you get an exact step-by-step guide on what to do (which has always been super easy and quick to do). I would consider arch to be a very stable experience in the long term.
That being said, I really don’t get where people are getting their information from that arch is a heavy time consuming unstable mess.
Arch for many many years. Then Bazzite for round about 8 months. Now CachyOS for 9 months. Super happy with it.
Additionally, I am running Debian on my Thinkpad and server.
I used to work on exercise sheets until late at night when I was still in university. It happened a few times that after I went to bed I would dream about unsolved math problems and actually came up with a solution. The hard part was trying to recall everything crucial after waking up the next day.
VLC is great and I had been using it for years. However, MPV is simple, yet powerful and is naturally part of my Linux distribution due to being a dependency of other stuff I use.
That said, MPV has been my go-to mediaplayer for years now.
Absolutely! There are many remasters nowadays, which always feel too clean to me, too.
My personal recommendation: Tyrant - Rise of the Fallen (1998)
This movie is never mentioned anywhere on the news, but I really enjoyed Congo with him.
I would definitely say Gothic 1 and 2. Cannot imagine the games being better without it.

I really enjoyed this show!
Look at how they started eating the hot dog.

I have tried this mission twice already, but never successfully made it. Very intense!
It is a very good and cheap game. Still in active development with a lot of focus on historical accuracy. Can 100% recommend
As a side note: a playable scenario in the most recent DLC for Easy Red 2.
I enjoyed it as a casual series to watch. Can recommend as well

This was a very interesting read, thank you!

I love his videos. They are so accurate.
