they already released onimusha and it exceed their expectation so im a little hopeful
Same. I'm a bit into Way of the Sword, and it's been pretty good so far!
Again, I don't want to get your hopes up, but the previous rumours about the smaller franchises were based on job postings/hires Capcom was making around 2023/2024. A couple of the team postings specifically had people speculating that there might be a Dino Crisis project of some sort coming, and then we got the Windows port of Dino Crisis 1 and 2 right after, so I don't think it was for that project. They might be working on porting Stalker and 3 before working on 4, who knows, but I don't think we hear anything about the franchise before late 2027.
I will say, the new RE Engine architecture seems to really be working for them. They seem to be able to be able to port their older games more easily, and a lot of tech debt they were struggling with previously is gone. I never thought I was gonna see Ghost Trick outside of DS, and yet they just dropped it on the Switch and PC like it was nothing.
Capcom is too busy printing money remaking their horror franchises and Monster Hunter.
I did see some Japanese rumours that they might be starting to divert resources to some of their smaller/dormant franchises since we are getting an Okami sequel and a new Mega Man side game, but these are unverified so take them with a grain of salt. Hopefully we get some Dino Crisis and Ace Attorney news within the next couple of years.
I recall Nintendo saying Sora was one of the top/better selling DLC characters for them in Ultimate outside of the bundle pass (I don't know if they gave exact numbers to back them up.) So there is SOME demand for KH4 even after the disappointment of KH3.
Sorry if this is a stupid question, but are you saying that the JPN Zelda Switch 2 is region locked? Or are all the Zelda Switch 2's region locked to their specific region? I was thinking of buying the special edition, but I usually buy game cards from EU, NA and Asian markets so I probably wouldn't be able to port my SW1 library.
This is a fair assessment, I thought the same thing when the Link's Awakening remake came out in their new 2.5d engine. I'm wondering how the eventual Majora's Mask remake is going to look.
I'm still not sure if I want to get a Switch 2 over this as much as I love OoT (and the Zelda version of the Switch looks really nice). But the Link and Zelda amiibo statues are so cute, I might grab those just to put on my shelf.
Child Link looks exactly like the mini cherub statues my grandma used to have, and I really like that in the context of what he has to go through in OoT/MM and what we know of the Zelda timeline. Adult Link looks good though, I'm really happy they kept his and Zelda's noses like the OG instead of giving them button noses.
What's gonna happen first: Lewis getting his 8th with Ferrari, or Monaco 2026 drama finally dying?
Congrats to Hadjar for getting his podium place back, and congrats to Pierre for getting his first career pole today (though I wish it wasn't under Briatore's Alpine 🤮). Flavio needs to STFU
Are you going to be putting this on itch.io as well? I actually already have it wishlisted on Steam, but would buy it on itch.io if you got to keep more of the revenue.

"He said no pickles."
Don't all these fuckers have bunkers in New Zealand? Isn't that island gonna be underwater if all the glaciers melt?
I ate the onion 🥲

Yeah, I'm kind of disappointed too. If MGS4 can make it out of the PS3 architecture, surely Bloodborne too.
Or a sequel.
Fromsoft, please?

Also, they're releasing an anime.
There are achievement pages for an untitled ALF game, a Shrek 2 remaster, and Penis Bird: The Game. What do you mean that's not wild 😭
Thank you for the answer! Appreciate it 🙏

Wow I really got gaslit by Hyrule Warriors and Smash Bros Sheik, because I thought the braid was always there lol.

Thanks for the response! Will support on Steam, then o7
This is good to know, I might try it out then! I think I've watched streamers play it in higher difficulties so it looked brutal.

I've always wanted to play Project Zomboid so bad but none of my friends are into it and it looks like it'd be rough solo.
