Each also had a body cam, which I honestly doubt ICE would even want something recording their escapades. Also, I doubt ICE would try anything with just 2 people in a filled subway with limited/blockable exits.
We don't know what went on before, but it could have easily just been undercovers following up on a report someone made. Maybe someone had their bag swiped and he happened to fit the description of someone who was hanging around at the time

Also, The ICE guy was flashing his light from side to side, probably towards the conductor. That is the signal to stop. Up and down is go.

I'm kind of stunned by this entire comment thread. Your comment is the only one that gets close to pointing out what he is and not just who he is. This dude isn't ICE. He's a NYC Transit Cop which can be identified from their dollar store looking ass badges and by people not really taking his authority seriously at all. That's also why his face is on full display, he doesn't have the same coverage that ICE gives him.
Like not saying what he's doing is right or saying that he's got coverage for this. Just saying that key detail is being left out of a lot of these discussions. It doesn't change the fact that he's a douchebag but being informed always changes the situation for the better.

The video does have sound. Depending on your client, you might have to enable the sound. For me, using Voyager, I have to select a speaker icon on the top right of the video to enable sound.

It works by being something that they are required to use for theatrical purposes only. It will be turned off or run out of battery when deemed appropriate by the same people that will then review the evidence and find no wrong doing.

The reason I ask is, if their video recording depends on that object on his chest getting returned to HQ, then that object seems like an awfully vulnerable place to store the pieces of video evidence that ICE would want to keep, especially for a lone officer whose backup was apparently 67 seconds away.
Moot point if a secondary wired/wireless brick of some kind is storing the video. But I know nothing about bodycams so I can't say.

It doesn't look like it's on one flimsy pin or something, and shirts can be strong, I think just yanking it off would be hard.
Probably more or less the same effect as if you grab a handful of someone's shirt and give a quick tug. The shirt wouldn't tear unless it's tear-away lol. You'd just end up yanking the fella.
But it might just be these are with some magnets or smth and just have gps on them so you could yank it but would need to put it in a Faraday cage to isolate it idk

That sounds like a "you" problem. If you (using it as oneself) don't want to be offended by images or videos being displayed or AutoPlayed, then simply disable image preview and AutoPlay. The onus is on you, not OP.

Yeah I think that's fair. I'm on very low sleep and I did empathize with the feeling of not wanting to scroll across certain content. However, it is absolutely my fault for choosing to scroll all instead of curating a set of communities, but also scrolling all is kinda the only way to see more regular content and discover new communities.
I wish we had more tags than just "NSFW" or "NSFL" to tag posts/communities, because figuring out which keywords to filter seems both difficult and potentially easy to block more than I'd want to block.

That's happening on the other side of the planet, most people have no right to dictate and enforce laws for America. Not gonna go advocate for a war to stop this injustice. The shown examples aren't special, I.e. a higher level reporting would be appropriate. Hence looking at those shows a morbid enjoyment to me.
