"Always Tell the Truth"

Buddy, I have some really disappointing news for you.

toy_boat_toy_boat@lemmy.world · 20 pts · 287d

please don't tell him 'til i'm done offloading all these hats

WanderingThoughts@europe.pub · 17 pts · 287d

That translates to "always tells things I want to believe are the truth."

simplejack@lemmy.world · 65 pts · 287d (2 replies)

Wait, this is their car when they’re practicing “self control?”

Maybe the Tasmanian Devil part?

Whostosay@sh.itjust.works · 45 pts · 287d (3 replies)

I don't think I've ever felt more invisible than being told I hate trump an unhealthy amount. It's not even that I hate him, it's just that I have a real big fucking issue understanding how anyone could not see through his shit within a second. If you've read any news one time, once a year, you are educated enough to stop and enter an existential crisis.

Even when someone says "well I just don't pay attention to politics."

It's so in your face that you don't have to. You literally have to be a camel to not see right through it on accident.

MTZ@lemmy.world · 9 pts · 286d (2 replies)

He somehow has these chucklefucks SEVERELY brainwashed bro.

Whostosay@sh.itjust.works · 4 pts · 286d (1 reply)

It's legitimately deity level worship, it's crazy

Snowpix@lemmy.ca · 6 pts · 286d

Religious people are taught from birth to blindly believe what is told to them by authority figures and to take things on faith instead of thinking critically. It's no big surprise that people like that are easy to manipulate and prone to worshipping said authority figures.

Jerb322@lemmy.world · 31 pts · 286d (1 reply)

Riiiiight......

_stranger_@lemmy.world · 20 pts · 286d

Under a stuffed head of this guy, literally draped in a red flag.

AdolfSchmitler@lemmy.world · 31 pts · 286d

VocationConfining@piefed.social · 30 pts · 287d (1 reply)

People may disagree on the politics, but I think the majority would agree there is at least 1 wrong bumper sticker on that car.

petersr@lemmy.world · 9 pts · 287d

It is the Tasmania devil push, isn't it?

Una@europe.pub · 24 pts · 287d

I don't understand people who worship politicians.

rob_t_firefly@lemmy.world · 18 pts · 286d

Someone censored the license plate just in case this person is too shy to have their political views publicly known.

Hux@lemmy.ml · 18 pts · 287d (1 reply)

“Self Control”

d00ery@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 287d

The contrast with Taz the Tasmanian devil who is characterised by being massively out of control is interesting https://youtu.be/StG2u5qfFRg

umbraroze@slrpnk.net · 17 pts · 286d

You just know the owner plastered the car with words like Joy, Knowledge, Self-control and Virtue because deep down they know they have none of those qualities and hope that this ritual will manifest them.

frezik@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 17 pts · 286d (1 reply)

Supposedly, God chose Charlie Kirk and Donald Trump as his prophets. What kind of shit ass God would chose those dirtbags? Even if he existed, why worship an asshole like that?

At least Zeus was up front about being an asshole.

wabasso@lemmy.ca · 3 pts · 286d

Old Testament bachelor party God is back.

tanisnikana@lemmy.world · 15 pts · 287d (1 reply)

Joy, knowledge, self control, and virtue:

He’s got none of them.

Jimmycrackcrack@lemmy.ml · 2 pts · 286d

I mean they could be pretty happy, even joyful I suppose. The ideology is rooted in hatred but I do get the impression it's rather a lot of fun for a good portion of these guys right up until they're met with the leopard's teeth.

LurkyLoo@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 287d

Well someone has TDS in that interaction for sure.

pix_wbmr@feddit.org · 10 pts · 287d

This is a mental illness if I've ever seen one.

Salamanderwizard@lemmy.world · 10 pts · 287d

I bet dollars to doughnuts they look at young girls in a creepy way.

yarr@feddit.nl · 9 pts · 286d

He really had the nerve to have a sticker that says "self control" on that vehicle???

Theatomictruth@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 8 pts · 287d

I’d bet money this person has accused others of virtue signaling

BioDriver@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 286d

These people are unwell

sem@piefed.blahaj.zone · 6 pts · 286d (3 replies)

TDS?

To me this means Total Dissolved Solids

Sconrad122@lemmy.world · 15 pts · 286d (1 reply)

Trump Derangement Syndrome. It is/was a derogatory term used by MAGAts when sane people expressed concern about putting a pedophile who attempted to violently overturn an election in charge of the government rather than holding him and his enablers accountable

sem@piefed.blahaj.zone · 2 pts · 286d

Huh. Weird

humorlessrepost@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 286d

The Daily Show

RememberTheApollo_@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 286d

Rolling troll.

ininewcrow@lemmy.ca · 6 pts · 287d

Who says this guy supports any of this crap?

He's just a good business man who knows how to sell easy product to a hungry audience.

This guy is a genius.

Donjuanme@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 287d

Didn't they hear, maga is make Argentina great again...

pineapplelover@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 5 pts · 286d

Derangement in mind. Cool car though

Nomad@infosec.pub · 5 pts · 287d (1 reply)

That steel bar over the top of the car somehow makes that photo look fake.

flambonkscious@sh.itjust.works · 1 pts · 286d

There's another over the front too - they don't look load bearing but that seems to be the idea

other_cat@piefed.zip · 5 pts · 286d (2 replies)

It wasn't THIS bad, but I remember recently a massive lifted truck revving its engines in our small town, flying massive trump flags on it went by while I was out for a walk with my husband. I commented, "Now there's a guy who really wants you to know he's an asshole" and this dude turned around and gave me the UGLIEST look and shook his head at me lmfao.

MTZ@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 286d (1 reply)

Some guy in a huge, lifted truck with trucknuts "rolled coal" all in my face about 6 months ago at a protest and I didn't even know that was a thing before that. Whatthefuuuuccccccccck.

GreenKnight23@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 286d

potato. just one. straight up the tailpipe.

UltraMagnus0001@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 286d

The one bumper sticker that says self control 😁

StellarExtract@lemmy.zip · 4 pts · 287d (2 replies)

That Taz really ties it all together

WhiskyTangoFoxtrot@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 286d (1 reply)

Isn't Taz an illegal immigrant?

rumschlumpel@feddit.org · 1 pts · 286d

It's certainly brown.

Ixoid@aussie.zone · 4 pts · 286d

'SELF CONTROL' I'm not seeing much here...

morphballganon@mtgzone.com · 3 pts · 286d (1 reply)

Wonder if they know about their idol's past escapades?

BranBucket@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 286d

The kind of person who does this to their car won't believe it's true, while simultaneously defending it as him doing nothing wrong because all the liberals say it's okay to do it, which also doesn't mean admitting Trump actually did it, because he didn't, and this is also proof that Dems did much worse things, even though it's not real and just a plot to destroy Trump and let Satan rule over the world.

GreenKnight23@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 286d

hello? police? there's a pedophile driving around the neighborhood.

BranBucket@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 286d

TDS is a Swiss army tool for controlling what their base thinks and dealing with negative press. I don't know if it evolved organically or was created, but promoting the idea that anyone who says anything negative about Trump is hysterical, jealous, and irrationally hell-bent on destroying him has been insanely effective for them.

It's less about you and more about enabling nutcases like this guy to be complete and utter tools for what they think is a greater cause. You can already see it in use with the Epstein files along with their other grand slam propaganda tools.

jaggedrobotpubes@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 287d

Joy.

DarkFuture@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 286d

You could bottle the smell inside that vehicle and use it in chemical warfare.
