TJ Sabula is said to have called the president a “pedophile protector” as he toured the automotive giant’s River Rouge complex on Tuesday.
Trump then appeared to give Sabula the middle finger, according to a video published by celebrity news and gossip site TMZ, which claimed that Trump also yelled obscenities prior to making the gesture.
Words to live by:
“I don’t feel as though fate looks upon you often, and when it does, you better be ready to seize the opportunity,” Sabula added in the interview. “And today I think I did that.”
The article features an image of him smiling the kind of smile that rightfully suggests he made the history books for his stand against fascism against a pedophile protector.

So to get quick cash in the US you either kiss Trump's ass or heckle him.
I choose heckle.

And it puts Epstein right back in the headlines after the whole Venezuela debacle. Even if he gets away with everything while hes alive we have to let him know that he will always be associated with pedophiles and traitors
Corkyskog@sh.itjust.works · 7 pts · 222d
There are a lot of Epstein headlines still coming. This also came out recently. Its so wild its hard to even believe it could be true. But so many details are given that this will be disproven quickly if there are lies.

you guys are delusional if you think Epstein will affect MAGA. They wish they could afford the island.

If by 'kiss trumps ass' you mean shoot an innocent woman in the face, then yeah.

Props to this guy, but please consider donating to Robby Roadsteamer who's putting in much more of the hard work for positive change and being forced to go to court. Plus the guy is hilarious and awesome.
He only has $46,000 raised so far.
Love you Robby.

If only we could generate that amount of cash for strike funds.
I'm happy for the guy though.

What's really sad is all of the other people there who didn't heckle Trump.
nkat2112@sh.itjust.works · 36 pts · 222d
It takes a lot of courage to do that - but the tide might be changing. I think this man might inspire many of us.

Outside of work I definitely would. I can't say I would at work, depends on the mood I'm in and if I'm willing to take a verbal beating when I get home for losing my job when I've got mouth's to feed.

It's a Ford plant. Most of them probably think he invented steel factories and will make all the jobs come back.
logicbomb@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 222d
That is still sad. Just a different kind of sad.

As someone who has cancer and can't get a dime on gofundme to help out, I won't lie, this irks me a little bit. That kind of money would literally be life-changing for me and yet would still only pay for less than two years of treatment out of pocket.
FenderStratocaster@lemmy.world · 11 pts · 222d
Why can't you get a dime on gofundme? I get where you are coming from, but this guy was on national news. It's not like he's pleading with people for money, they are offering it.

Charity isn’t a zero-sum game. Just because someone else does well doesn’t mean you can’t or won’t. feeling irked by this serves no purpose and is a waste of your time and resources.

What an... Interesting response to this person having cancer. Pretty cold delivery of advice to this person.

I read it along the lines of “don’t worry about what you can’t control; worry about what you can”, which would seem like good advice for someone battling cancer.
paper_moon@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 222d
Sure, the delivery seemed pretty cold to me tho.

GoFundMe isn't for saving your life, it's for making sure our healthcare system continues to not serve you
As much as I enjoy this happening it isn't really a way of effecting change either but let people revel in the catharsis a little.

Oh wow he actually showed up to the plant during his presidency lol.
They usually do it more during the campaign period to get votes, and the reason they don't get heckled more often is because Ford tries to curate the space as much as possible, especially if they're doing a rally to show that blue collar workers support whoever shows up, regardless of the UAW or if there were a massive protest outside.
And they never ever try stepping out of the plant for anything because it sits smack dab in the middle of Dearborn lol.
