I twisted m'knee a wee bit..

An ad (in German) apparently for training in physiotherapy. Most of it is an Al-generated pseudo photograph of a smiling physiotherapist helping a client, lying down, raise their left leg vertically...

It's pretty nice to see the physio offering a little clit rub as compensation though.

DickFiasco@sh.itjust.works · 35 pts · 203d

That explains the nip poking out a bit.

Randelung@lemmy.world · 15 pts · 203d

A little torture with a happy ending.

ArcaneSlime@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 73 pts · 203d (14 replies)

Uhh, terrifying body horror aside, is this AI trained mostly on porn? Sexy nurse has no bra and is needlessly inches from really "helping" that patient.

...I miss lemmynsfw

ivanafterall@lemmy.world · 17 pts · 203d (5 replies)

Why "needlessly?"

ArcaneSlime@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 14 pts · 203d (4 replies)

Fair lol (but "happy endings" aren't generally within the purview of a physical therapist.)

slaacaa@lemmy.world · 9 pts · 203d (2 replies)

Speak for yourself. When my wrist pain was gone after I finished a few weeks of sessions, I was very happy.

ivanafterall@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 203d (1 reply)

I'd think a few weeks of sessions like that would be hell on the wrist!?

slaacaa@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 203d

Why? Based on the picture, they’re only breaking the knee

Wait, what happened to lemmynsfw?

ArcaneSlime@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 13 pts · 203d (4 replies)

It ded.

MajinBlayze@lemmy.world · 7 pts · 203d (2 replies)

Like dead dead or out for smokes?

just2look@lemmy.zip · 15 pts · 203d (1 reply)

Most likely dead dead. The owner of the servers has been out of contact for months. The other admin only has Lemmy admin access, not server access.

parlaptie@feddit.org · 5 pts · 203d

So,v the feddit.de situation once again?

Alexstarfire@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 203d

That explains why the last week or so has been basically empty.

What happened?

ParadoxSeahorse@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 201d (1 reply)

Most of these models are lazily trained indiscriminately on as much content as they can get their hands on, and then guardrails added on the output to try to limit their inappropriateness according to the context.

See recently grok etc. where insufficient guardrails are put in place, presumably due to staffing, knowing Musk. But people wrongly assumed the model was somehow trained differently.

So yes, probably the worst porn, and this is the least-worst product for the prompt, according to some analysis, so released.

Also a bajillion images from fashion catalogues and clothing sales.

I'm not a physiotherapist, but I can tell you this is gonna hurt.

Hux@lemmy.ml · 23 pts · 203d

The anatomical proportions of the patient are hilarious.

Though, I would say the physical therapist appears to be enjoying her work.

She's doing great I hope she can walk some day

scutiger@lemmy.world · 13 pts · 203d (1 reply)

With two legs of vastly different lengths, it seems unlikely.

Mothra@mander.xyz · 4 pts · 203d

I said hope... why do you need to crush my dreams...

Looks like she lost the shin on her other leg in dubha dubha two

Maybe she killed fi'ty men

psycotica0@lemmy.ca · 12 pts · 203d

Well yeah, anyone can bend a person's leg the right way, or have their foot attached to their ankle instead of their knee, with no training at all! You have to go to school to learn the advanced techniques!

How do they navigate 3 dimensional spaces if they're this unobservant of details? Do they shake hands by grabbing your nose?

waigl@lemmy.world · 9 pts · 203d (2 replies)

The foot also points the wrong way. Unless the leg was previously severed at the knee and then turned around, I guess. Also, the other foot attaches right below the knee.

just2look@lemmy.zip · 8 pts · 203d (1 reply)

Both feet look like right feet as well.

SatansMaggotyCumFart@piefed.world · 5 pts · 203d

It’s mirrored so it’s actually two left feet.

I’ve never played a baseball video game in my life, and I think that has more to do with the fact that this feature never caught on than any other factor

I giggled, then had a knee jerk reaction.

massive_bereavement@fedia.io · 6 pts · 203d

Let's just forget she has orangutan arms, and one leg's knee ends on a foot.

Etterra@discuss.online · 6 pts · 201d

Even funnier is how the other leg is half as long and the cankle is thicker than her shin.

captain_oni@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 5 pts · 202d

That's just her ol' "windmill leg". Been lime that since the 90's

Hey OP. That's not the patient's left leg, it's her right leg.

_stranger_@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 203d (1 reply)

well, it looks like her right foot was grafted to the knee stump of her left leg, so it might be both

drcobaltjedi@programming.dev · 2 pts · 203d

Both of her feet are right feet.
