The movie is Miss Congeniality. It's about Sandra Bullock as an FBI agent going undercover at a beauty pageant. I'm not sure I'd call it a cultural touchstone, but from what I remember watching it years ago it's pretty entertaining.
Thought today was the perfect weather to take my ebike out and enjoy nature. After two hours of drama servicing it, started it up and there’s a power distribution error code. An hour into trying to fix it myself, I gave up and spent 45 minutes jamming it into my tiny car. Called around and all the repair joints are booking out to July.
Lucky you. Though the weather here on average matches you meme, it has been switching back and forth between 25 C sunny and 10 C snowing all day. This is not uncommon for April here.
I like the Medjool variety, I hope I'll still be able to get the good ones this year. Oh, date. Yeah if it wasn't for carbon-14 I wouldn't date at all! Ha!

In Australia and New Zealand too, albeit for different, but related, reasons: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anzac_Day

Different wars, so not really related. Same date though

Miss Congeniality! Absolutely stuffed to the gills with great performances.

While miss congeniality is a... movie, the op's screenshot is from "Drop Dead Gorgeous", which is a great satirical movie with Kirsten Dust.

Are you sure? The guy in the pic looks a lot like William Shatner, and Wikipedia tells me he was in Miss Congeniality, not Drop Dead Gorgeous.

Drop Dead Gorgeous is a better movie, but the April 25th quote is from Miss Congeniality

Don't know if a light jacket is even necessary. It was almost too hot with just a black band hoodie today.

It’s Chernobyl Eve today, a light jacket is nice but a radsuit truly wouldn’t go amiss.
