Well, I am cis, but I've been to a community or two that seem to be under impression that one dream = mtf (but not ftm for some reason), so I guess that must mean...
I dream very often of being someone else. No limits on sex, sexuality or age. Not too long ago I dreamt I was a young, bisexual man with bear-like proportions, though the sexual relations were an afterthought in a highly weird story about survival.
I am a middle aged woman, but shit it felt good in the morning to feel that strong.
I dream of being a variety of people all the time, sometimes more than one of them at once, maybe simultaneously as a bodiless observer. I'm often aware that I'm playing a role, but I can't recall ever retaining the idea of my waking self. It's like I accept who I am right now, but I sense the experience is transient.
Hundred dreams, some as a woman, sone as a man, always straight according to my original sex. Means nothin except me being curious how'd I turn out if I were born woman. That, however, I'll never know T-T ( Born & Raised not switched mid-drive)
I started taking Valerian for sleep again and when I was double checking the side effects and interactions with my current meds I saw "extremely vivid dreams" and was like OK well since the clonidine I haven't really had the terrifying nightmares anymore so it'll probably keep that from happening and tbf what happened was I got eaten out by an illithid and I don't actually consider that a bad dream so overall 9/10 they're not perfect but they're pretty great.
last night i dreamt i had a billionaire grandpa who could easily solve my problems. one problem that took over most of the dream was that flossing my teeth was gross and annoying, so he invested into the development of some weird kinda mouthwash that just burns away all the placque and bacteria and food residue inside your mouth but keeps your teeth and gums intact. there was also something like pokemon, but I don't remember very well.
I've also heard it posed that we're actually all the same person being reborn into every human that has ever or will ever exist, without regard for chronology. So like the people who are most cruel are our earliest selves and the people who are more empathetic are later versions of us who have learned to be more compassionate.
I don't believe that, but I like to think about it because it makes me more thoughtful of others.
Btw, anyone also having sometimes a not-really lucid dream they pick back up and continue all half year or so?
Oh, and that one time where i got a tour (by a elf knight) throug a city surrounded by high ring walls, complex history and all. Then i woke up, got to potty. Then i continued in the same world, but outside the city.
If I let my dreams tell me who I was I’d be a 15 year old high school student who couldn’t drive, run, find a working phone or find a normal bathroom that wasn’t full of weird toilets and and back rooms vibes
Apparently most people can’t do any complex movements or actions in dreams because your dreaming brain can’t coordinate it. I can’t drive a car normally but I CAN drive a car by steering it while sitting in the back seat in my dreams, I guess pedals and steering is too much.
honestly a normal 15 year old experience. those school bathrooms were hell. and if you found a good one some douche is gonna start throwing milk cartons over the stall
Yeah it wasn't the dreams I had that were a sign I was trans, it was the ones I really kept trying to have. Also the daydreams
My actual dreams are of being an adult stuck in a stage of education I've already completed with no idea what my class schedule is or what room they're in.
Is OP a bot account? I don't mind reposts or getting content from the old site, but it's weird to post personal stuff like "I'm 20 and Mexican" without some sort of meta commentary on it.
There's an idea that all permutations of energy exist and there's only one singular conscious mind inhabiting each life generally unaware there's only one mind.

Every dream has a meaning. This one, for example, means you watch TV.

As a cis guy, I don’t think I’ve ever dreamt I was a woman. How common is this?
